HOW TO ORDER PRINTING
•• Add both your invitation design and print listing to your cart
•• Please provide the information needed for the invite
•• Your proof(s) will be sent within 24-36 hour via Etsy message
•• PLEASE GO OVER EVERY DETAIL TO ENSURE ALL INFORMATION AND SPELLING IS CORRECT. We're only human after all. We strongly encourage you to have someone else proofread. It is important that someone - or a few people! - see it with a fresh set of eyes.
•• Once file is approved, the invite will be sent for printing.
•• Correcting any error after final proof is approved would be incurred at the client's expense, regardless of fault.
•• Changes made to an order after it has been processed (i.e. shipping method, quantity, adding or changing items) can be done at the rate of $5 per change.
•• Orders cannot be adjusted if they have already been sent to print. Making changes to your order resets the ship date based on when the change is received.

TURNAROUND TIME
•• Printing is done business days only.
•• Please contact us for RUSH printing and/or faster shipping options
•• We will require your approval as soon as possible to avoid delays.
•• Standard orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days.
•• If there are any errors, we must be notified of it within 30 days of delivery date.

SHIPPING
•• Your order will be shipped through FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail, both of which includes a tracking number.
•• It will be shipped to the address you have set up on your Etsy account

PLEASE CONSIDER
•• Please note that when your items are printed the colors may vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen.
•• All monitors have light behind the screen making colors appear brighter than what they will print.

Purchase the invite, give me all the party details in the message to seller box. A draft invite will be emailed to you to review. I also provide print service.

If you plan to print the invites, purchase the correct file format, depending on how you are going to print. If you are emailing/texting invite, purchase the first option

A hi-res 300dpi JPEG and/or a PDF ill be emailed to you.

Please confirm how you plan to print PRIOR to purchase as this will determine the file format you need to purchase. If you require a different file format after final invite has been sent to you, there will be $3 fee.

Your invite includes up to two complementary minor text changes.

You are allowed one complementary change with custom matching printable.

You will be able to request small edits such as adding text, spacing and/or correcting any typos. There is a fee for each subsequent change or changes not listed above.

Your order will also be considered complete if we do not hear from you within seven days from the time your invite is first emailed to you. There is a $3 fee for each subsequent change after seven days.

If you require additional changes after final file has been sent to you, there will be $3 fee.

Your instant download is available immediately after payment. The files you receive will NOT be editable - it comes as pictured. If you would like to customize the font, colors, etc., please message me for a customization quote.

Sure. Please keep it to a similar word count as to what you see on the invite now, that would be much appreciated. And let me know which wording goes on which lines.

The design is sold the way it is on the sample (but with your details).

Extensive text changes will be subject to additional fees.
Small changes can be accommodated, please consult me before purchase.

For invites in a different languages, the fonts might be slightly different to accommodate differing lettering. There will be no "Two free rounds of minor text revisions are included with your purchase". So please make sure you give me the exact wording so that I can get it just right for you. Each round of edit will be $3.

I do provide print service. Please note that you have to purchase both the invite and the print listing. Below are the paper options available and envelopes are included.

- Matte, 110 lb paper (not card stock)
- Pearl shimmer, 105lb paper. This is an excellent option to enhance the gold foil look

You will get a draft to review in about 24 hours, printer will take about 2-4 business days to print and we ship via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail

•• 1 invite/page: Single invite file, 5 x 7". Ideal if you plan to email your invite or print via photo lab
•• 2 invites/page: 2 invites on an 8.5 X 11". Ideal if you are printing from home or taking into a office supply store or copy center
•• Bleed: This is for professional printer or online printers

If you are printing via VistaPrint, please select the bleed option and let me know. VistaPrint has their own print dimensions and I will have to custom the size.
