By the way of the photos, it looked like it was an oval cut veil with a blusher. Length was great. Material good. But when I tried it on, I felt like a bee-keeper because the blusher, when over my face, was cut in such a way that made a corner angle with the veil behind. From the pictures, it didn't look like the blusher was completely separate from the veil. Perhaps I misunderstood 2-layer. By 2-tier and 2-layer, I thought their were different lengths, and based on the photos, it looked like the veil was all from 1 cut. The cut of the blusher also looked uneven. I was disappointed.
