How fast can I get my veil?

Orders are shipped from Colorado via First Class Mail and usually arrive within a week after being shipped. If you need your item sooner, please choose a Priority Mail or Express Mail shipping upgrade at checkout. These options are typically faster than the free shipping I offer, even if Etsy shows the same estimated delivery time for all shipping methods.

What color of veil should I order?

With so many dress colors to choose from, selecting the right veil shade can be challenging. I recommend checking your gown’s tag or receipt to confirm the color. You can also contact the store where you bought your dress for a veil color suggestion. Keep in mind that shades may vary by design and can appear differently on different screens. Do you accept returns/exchanges?

I do not accept returns, but I do offer exchanges on select veil designs. Please refer to the return/exchange policy for each individual design. If the site mentions "Exchanges Accepted" with a "Return window of 21 days," this refers to exchanges being accepted within 21 days, not returns. Unfortunately, this wording is set by Etsy, and I am unable to modify it.
