Our large items are shipped Freight on a Pallet and are curbside delivery. That Means they are not authorized to unpack the item or move it into your home. Inspection on receipt is highly encouraged to ensure safe delivery. If you need the item brought into your home or office please ask about white glove delivery.

International Shipments: Any and all customs duties or port fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be assessed by the port upon entry in the country. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate or prepay these in advance. Shipment is freight on a pallet and takes times to arrive. Beautiful sturdy bench. I’m very happy with it. There is very very minimal wobbling. I fixed it by putting a small piece of cardboard under one leg and now it’s 100% perfect. We had some trouble with shipping, but Daniel was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. He solved everything. All in all the quality is great and customer service is outstanding. I would buy from him again.
