Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Please note that for international orders, we are not able to provide return shipping labels. If there is an issue with the item, the buyer is responsible for sending it back to us. Once we receive it and confirm that it is a product defect, we will repair it free of charge and ship it back to you at no cost.
