I need an invoice. Can you send me an invoice?

We don't practice sending invoices to our buyers to pay. If the invoice required for tax or other purposes we can creat it by request after order placed. We can create invoices for any of your past orders too.

I don't see tracking updates on my package. Can you help me? (for US shipping)

All information I (seller) can obtain is on the USPS tracking page. This is the same information that you can see. Unfortunately, I don't have more information to help you. Also, the USPS tracking problems are well known, and tracking history may not be available until the package is delivered. To be on top of delivery updates please go to the tracking link in your order and subscribe to "Text & Email Updates" on this USPS tracking page.
