During checkout, in the Note to Seller section please let me know what you would like on the:

Top, Front, Right, Back, Left, Bottom

Each side pictures is a suggestion for you. What I have pictured is:

Top - First initial of the first name
Front - First, middle, and last name
Right - Date of birth, time of birth, birth weight, and length
Back - Names of the parents
Left - Week day of birth, city and state of birth. The foot print artwork can be changed as well
Bottom - Special note from you.

The wooden block measures approximately 2" x 2" x 2". It is made from hard maple and left unfinished. It is sanded smooth to remove any sharp edges. It will come in its own cotton muslin bag and is ready to go on display for years to come.

There are six sides that can be custom engraved and personalized just for you!

Please type exactly what you would like on each side. Please tell me if you would like the foot print artwork included or not. If you have other artwork you want on the block, please let me know.

Any formatting for date, weight, and length will be the way I engrave the block. Please check spelling of everything.

The engraved block is left unfinished and is sanded smooth to remove any rough spot and sharp edges.

You can expect your order to be engraved and shipped within a week of the order being placed.
