ORDER PROCESS:

1. Select the number of figures/character (one pet counts as one character) that you want in your portrait and place the order.
There are options for one to six figures in this listing, if you need more or have any questions please drop me a message I can always create a personal listing for you.

2. Send me your reference photo/s using "Message Seller" option.
Send multiple if you don't have a photo of everyone together - several photos are better than one - I can combine them together in the piece. I will try to capture individuals details best as I can in my style, please note you know the person better and may need to highlight any features you'd like me to focus on more. If you'd like certain hair styles etc to be featured then please let me know at this stage. I can also add text to the piece, just let me know e.g. your family name. Unfortunately I cannot add in specific branding on clothing etc for copyright reasons.

3. I will send you a rough sketch draft via Etsy & time for you to review and make changes.
All my artwork is drawn digitally and custom made for you once an order is placed online.

4. Polished piece will be sent to you to review once more and make changes - I want you to be 100% happy with the finished portrait.

5. Final digital product is sent to you via email as a high quality Jpeg file
Please let me know if you require specific file type or dimensions and I will try to accommodate.
The finished artwork digital file can be printed using an online on-demand print/poster service.

I bought a custom portrait for my sister-in-law for her birthday. She has recently had a baby and I wanted to get a nice picture done of them as a family with their dog. The portrait that Harriet produced is fantastic. She communicated clearly and frequently throughout and the portrait was completed within 2 weeks of me ordering it. I ordered a portrait of our daughters as a bit of a surprise gift for my wife at Christmas. The quality and service was fantastic, particular mention to the communication which was excellent throughout. Most importantly my wife absolutely adores the image and its sat pride and place on our mantle piece.
