•Prints up to 12 x 12 inch are shipped within 1-2 working days (often the same day!).
•Prints larger than 12 x 12 inch will be shipped within 3-4 working days.

•Please note that I cannot ship to P.O. boxes. It must be a regular street address.

Keep in mind that these are estimates and unfortunately I have no control over worldwide postal services. Always allow a little extra time around holiday season when postal services get very busy.

Lost or damaged packages have thankfully never happened, but if they did, your print will be replaced free of charge in both cases.

In the case of lost packages, it is normally a case that they are simply delayed in the postal system. A package will be considered lost if you have not received it within 6 weeks of the date it shipped.

Should a print arrive damaged it will be replaced free of charge. You just need to contact me as soon as you receive it and send me a photo of the damaged print and packaging which I need for my insurance company.

Prints sent by standard mail but tracking & signature on delivery is available at an additional cost. This option will be available for you to select after you have added your items to your shopping cart.
Prints with tracking will require a signature on delivery, you will be given a tracking number to let you keep an eye on its progress.

If I have not already started preparing your order then yes you can cancel. I often start preparing an order within an hour of receiving it so please contact me as soon as possible. Once I have prepared your order it is not possible to cancel.

It is important to me that you are happy with your print and I will work with you if there are any problems. Please contact me immediately if you have any issues with your order so we can resolve the problem.

If for some reason you change your mind about the item, I will exchange it or refund you (minus shipping costs) up to 2 weeks after you have received your order. You will just need to contact me then return items in their original condition and pay for return shipping costs.
