Shipment Delayed By Carrier

Oh no! We're so sorry your order was delayed. We use FedEx overnight which does typically cut out the issues other carriers deal with. But, in the rare case it does happen we will work with you and FedEx to file a claim or get you a replacement. Please retain ALL packaging/foliage until the claim is complete. Be sure to keep an eye on your order with the provided tracking number and let us know of any issues as soon as possible!

Upon arrival, open and inspect your order. If you have a few days before you are using them, put them back in the box and leave them in a VERY cool room, out of direct sunlight. If you have a fridge big enough that is always the best option, if not you can wrap ice packs in a towel and place them with your order. Keep any Eucalyptus or Magnolia VERY dry. Any ferns, Ivy, Ruscus, Babys Breath can be misted. After decorating with the garlands they will naturally dry out. If you have any questions on the care feel free to reach out, we are here to help!

How long do your garlands last?

Each garland has a different life span ranging from 5-14 days. All of our garlands look their best before drying out. If you would like to use them as long term décor please keep in mind that they are fresh products and will not look the same after drying out.

Are our garlands real?

Yes! Our garlands and other products are ALL real! We dooffer any kind of fake or silk products.

Do I have to use overnight shipping?

Yes! We require that all of our items are shipped overnight because they are a perishable product.

All of our regular grade garlands are between 5-7" thick, we do offer and extra full grade which is between 8-10" thick for a $2/ft upcharge.

Ordering/shipping timeline & pre ordering

We encourage as many pre orders as possible! You can do so at anytime, just be sure to include your event date. Overnight shipment will be delayed until about 2-3 days prior to your event date. If you do not wish to pre order please have your order placed 7-14 days prior to your event date, depending on your order size. If you need a rush order we do have a listing for that upcharge. For a Monday/Tuesday event we recommend upgrading to Saturday delivery.

Bad Product/Damaged Product

Here at The Garland Guy, we strive to always send the best product possible. We ship all items overnight to minimize the time the product could be exposed to heat/freezing temperatures which can damage the product. In the case of brown/wilted/ruined product we require photo proof WITHIN 24 hours of delivery. If we do not receive the proper notification you will NOT be eligible for a refund/replacement.

We're so sorry you need to cancel! We must have cancellations for any reason in 7 days before the requested arrival date. Anything after that and we will have to ship out the order as scheduled due to having the fresh product on hand.

Our Silver Dollar Eucalyptus + Salal wreaths are hand crafted when ordered. They are a beautiful addition to any home or event! Custom sizes are available up to 30".

I love the wreath. However I thought the Salal would have a little white tint to it. It is the same color as the eucalyptus. I wanted to add a picture of it, but see no option for that here
