Do you ship internationally?

Yes. NOTE: Ever since Covid, international orders can take up to a few weeks to arrive. Once the international order leaves the United States, I have no control over its destination or whereabouts. I only have tracking provided to me by the tracking number. I have no way of contacting customs or tracking down a package that has left the United States. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE PURCHASED AT YOUR OWN RISK. Once tracking shows that it has reached the destination country, I am no longer responsible. I buy insurance on all international orders that allow for it; however, I am subject to the rules and discretion of the insurance company. If the tracking shows the product to be delivered, I have no recourse if you say you did not receive it.

Do you combine shipping?

If you make multiple orders, I do my best to combine and refund shipping overages; however, due to the large amount of orders I fill, I am not able to guarantee this.

If you would like to make a return, please contact me as soon as possible for instructions. I do not accept any returns after 30 days of your receipt. If packages are returned due to the customer entering the wrong address, the items will be refunded minus shipping when the package arrives at Carson's Cove.

Carson's Cove Metals and Finishes

Carson's Cove (CC) finishes are achieved through high-quality plating by family-owned businesses in the United States. We do our best to maintain consistent finishes, but due to the nature of plating, there may be slight differences between batches.

All Carson's Cove gold pewter components are finished with real 12k gold, and then antiqued. They are all the same gold, but highly textured pieces may look a bit different than smooth pieces because the texture captures more of the antiquing. Why 12k gold? Because 12k gold is a light, neutral gold without an orange tone, and it looks beautiful on every skin tone!

CC "antiqued silver" finish differs from "antiqued pewter" finish in that the silver finish is brighter and lighter than the pewter finish. However, many designers mix and match the two.

CC pewter components are made of high-quality pewter that is free of lead and cadmium. Most CC chain is made of regular steel, and some is made of brass. It is then plated with the various CC finishes.

CC plating is known to hold up very well over time, but as always with any plated items, we recommend keeping it away from water and perfume.
