Shipping was slow and not accurately communicated. I contacted the shop and she said it was schedule to ship the week of the 21st, however, it didn't ship until the next week on the 29th. I'm not a fan of how the shirt fits, but that's not the shop's fault. It's just personal preference. It's wide and short. I DID receive the item in time for my Christmas party and did receive responses from the shop, which is why I didn't rate them lower. I truly think they just may have more orders than they can handle this time of year and may need to re-strategize.

I followed the advice of the shop to order 1-2 sizes larger, but the sweater was way too large! I couldnt even wear it to the Christmas sweater party I had bought it for. The exchange request by the shop said to include an extra $5 for shipping, but I would never have ordered a size large in the first place, so I'm not willing to pay it. The quality of the material is also not what I expected. It's definitely more bulky, less slim fit than the picture makes it seem. My husband enjoyed wearing it so I guess that's one plus.
