Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are made specially for your pup based on your specifications within our conversation(s). Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns. We cannot except returns on personalized orders.

If a product is defective, we'll refund 100% of the purchase price or send a replacement and pay the return shipping for the defective item. (within 15 days of purchase) If a product is not defective and simply unwanted, we'll happily refund the amount of product, but return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. If an item is unwanted, all shipping costs incurred by the seller will not be refunded. If you received free shipping with your order, actual shipping costs incurred by the seller will be deducted from your total refund.

Wigglywoo's Hemp Rope Leash is made from 1/2" (12 mm) 3-strand hemp rope, no dyes or other chemicals. Each leash is individually made, hand-spliced and whipped. Hemp rope is soft to the hand, yet strong and durable. It is a great leash for large dogs.

Each splice is finished with a decorative hemp whipping twine in Colors: Blue, Bright Pink, Brown, Dusty Pink, Green, Natural, Orange, Red and Slate.
