For my printed items, I try and stick to standard sizing for a couple of reasons. Costs, availability of matching envelopes and the impact on the environment.

International Shipping From Australia

If my items only list Australia, that does not necessarily mean I can't ship overseas, I can calculate shipping anywhere - just message me and we'll chat! :)

If my listing only notes standard shipping, it usually means I can upgrade it to express etc. This would need to be at your cost however, but I'm more than happy to add this to a listing - just message me.

Custom and personalised orders

I can ship out ready made items withing 1 business day. For custom/bespoke orders, these take a little longer - however depending on my workflow, I may be able to rush your job free of charge.

As I'm based in Australia, orders that are sent outside of Australia take a bit longer. Please PM me, or check the item listing for estimated shipping times. These are to be used as guides only and don't allow for any time held in customs. From Mid November through to Christmas (and other holidays), please allow for additional post in the system and further possible delays.

International Tracking / Express?

Unless requested/paid for, items sent internationally (from me, here in Australia) don't have tracking numbers. If you need express or Tracked shipping, please message me prior to ordering.
