How long does it take to get my items?

Once ordered it takes 5 business days to make your items. Then shipping is sent by USPS mail depending on the option you select. You can purchase faster shipping if needed.

What brand do you use?

Most shirts are a standard unisex tee in Gildan brand. In order to meet all ages and styles, other brands are also used as follows: 6 mo-18 mo Rabbit Skin Brand is used and runs small. 2t-3XL Gildan Brand is used and runs true to size. Unisex tees. Tanks are Racer back and run true to size. V necks are Gildan, are more fitted and run small. Ordering up is advised. Due to using a different brand for infant and tanks, red colors are not an exact match. See photo in the listing. 2T-3X and V necks are the same brand and will be the same red.

Will the glitter come off all over everything? How do I care for my shirts?

The glitter is pressed into the vinyl and does not come off to the touch or in the wash. Feel free to wash with other items in the wash on cold water. Items can also go in the dryer on delicate. For a crisp look, iron inside out.

Can I request another brand or style?

Of course!! Several other brands and styles are available. In efforts to keep prices low, standard tees are offered but boutique brands can be purchased. Just ask for pricing!

Can I place a rush order?

Yes you can!! If a rush order is needed, contact me to see how my timing is and if I can do it. YOUR NEED BY DATE MUST BE ON THE INVOICE in the note to seller section or your item can note be guaranteed. Notes from conversations DO NOT transfer to your invoice so it must be in the note to seller. Depending on how fast it's needed will depend on the rush cost.

Will you accept a custom order?

Yes! I love to share my creative side by making something special. Football, Dance, Birthdays, you name it! Custom orders do take time so no rush orders are available. Once you tell me what you need, and a price is agreed on, a listing will be made. Art work is not done until the item is paid for due to the time involved.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the items being personalized, returns or exchanges are not accepted. If you have a question regarding anything on the product, please read the description all the way through to get answers. If you have any question not covered just ask.

How are items shipped?

All items are shipped USPS mail with tracking. If you want to have your items mailed with another carrier, let me know so I can price it for you.

What if I need items faster than the available shipping date?

You can contact our store and request an order to be filled faster than the shipping date provided prior to placing your order. It will depend on how fast you need it and our stock as to how much your rush fee will cost.
