Production times are listed throughout the shop and are accurate. Etsy will also display how long an item takes to make on the listing. If you have trouble finding this information, feel free to reach out to me. My production times are listed in business days. Please note that a business day is any day of the week, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.

The short answer to this question is: No. Since USPS handles the delivery side of things, delivery is not EVER promised by a specific date. Etsy will display ESTIMATED delivery dates, however, those are just estimates based off of what USPS is suggesting at the time of your order. If you are on a time crunch, DO NOT select "free shipping". Orders with "free shipping" are shipped the longest, cheapest mail class USPS has to offer (First Class). Shipping upgrades are always suggested if you need an item by an approaching specific date. Any "need by" dates left in the notes to seller box will be disregarded as they are not seen until an item goes into production.

Unfortunately, we have those character limits for a reason. Most likely it's because more characters than the allowed amount simply do not fit. If you'd like to reach out regarding a custom order to fit everything you're looking for, please do so before purchasing. If the listing you are purchasing requests personalization info to be left in the notes to seller box, please make sure it's within the character limit noted in the listing description. As always, when in doubt, feel free to reach out via Etsy message.

Basic Care Instructions:
- Store your jewelry in a cool dry place, never in the bathroom.
- Remove your jewelry before hand sanitizing, washing or applying lotions and perfumes. Put your jewelry on after these have fully dried on your skin.
- Don't bathe or swim with your jewelry on.
Tarnishing:
- Silver, copper and brass will eventually tarnish. Use a metal cleaner specific for the type of metal that needs cleaning or a polish cloth. Plated jewelry may eventually chip or show wear.
Cremation Jewelry:
- All cremation jewelry MUST be sealed prior to wear. The Stamped Jewel will not replace lost urns due to the customer not properly sealing them. Instructions are sent with each order, but if you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Scratching:
- Whether you purchase your accessories from a major department store or from Etsy, they are going to scratch. Items that take a lot of abuse, such as keychains and pet ID tags, will scratch over time. If your piece has multiple charms or gemstones on it, you should also anticipate scratches over time. If there was a way to avoid this, every jewelry maker would take steps to do so, however, there is not.
Daily Use:
- All of my jewelry is made to wear daily. Many of the pieces listed in my shop are also pieces I wear every single day. Try to remember to remove your jewelry when doing things like cleaning the kitchen or bathroom. Bleach and cleaning products can be very damaging to every type of metal.

1. All items contain small parts and are not to be worn by unsupervised children. All items in my shop post a choking hazard. The Stamped Jewel cannot be held liable for choking incidents. Please keep your jewelry away from children.
2. Urns are intended as keepsake items only. Please keep your urn in a safe place at all times, the contents are valuable. Loss of an urn due to wear and tear breakage is not the responsibility of The Stamped Jewel. Please handle with care.
3. All urns require to be sealed with an industrial strength glue. Sealing instructions are sent with each urn, however, should you need help, please message me.
4. Be sure to follow your care instructions carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to message me.

Due to the nature of these one of a kind pieces, returns/exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis. A 30% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. If you notice a mistake on your order, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it. Variations in spacing, unevenness and slight alignment differences are normal and are not a basis for a return. The Stamped Jewel is also not responsible for items that are marked as delivered by USPS, but not received. Please speak to your carrier about mis-deliveries.

Lost Packages: As much as I wish I could control USPS, I can't. If you think USPS has lost your package, KINDLY send me a message. Replacements will be sent after a missing mail report is filled out (by me) and it's determined that USPS has lost your package (no tracking movement for 10 business days). Refunds will not be given for packages lost by USPS.

Incorrect Addresses: If you need to update the address on your order, send me a message via Etsy convo. Replacements/Refunds will not be given for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer oversight.

Missing Order Info: If there is missing information on your order, I will reach out to you via Etsy convo. If you do not return my messages, the order will be sent as pictured.

Chains break. It happens. Each chain link is checked before they are sent out with each piece but sometimes, a loose jump ring will slip through quality control. If your chain breaks within 14 days of DELIVERY, I will send out a replacement at no charge. Because I cannot see why or how or what circumstances in which a chain has broken, I can't replace them all for free, but I am happy to sell replacement chains to you at cost (with no mark-up), plus shipping. Just contact me via Etsy convo for a replacement listing. This offer is not available for orders older than 3 months.

If you live outside of the United States, please understand that you may be subject to VAT and customs fees once your order arrives in your country. Customs paperwork is done by Etsy and cannot be manipulated by the shop owner. This is not only illegal, but a direct violation of Etsy's buyer policy. Please do not ask. You can find more information on this by visiting the customs and VAT websites associated with your country. Returned items due to nonpayment of VAT will not be refunded and the cost of reshipping the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
