I ordered an instant download item and I have not received the file.

A few minutes after your purchase you will receive an email with your receipt, click the orange button that says: “VIEW YOUR FILES ON ETSY” in order to download them. Please check your spam / junk folder in case the e-mail goes into there.

How do I open the (.zip) file I have received from ZeeWillDraw?

On a Mac, you can simply double click the .zip file to expand it. On other systems, you right-click the file and select "unzip contents". That will create a new folder next to the original .zip file bearing the same name. Your files are in that folder!

Can I see a digital proof before ordering?

I only create digital proofs after the order is placed. You will get a chance for revisions.

The wording on my EDITABLE file looks shoved up and cut off at the top of the word. Could you please help?

You should be using the latest Adobe Reader® (or Acrobat®) and not Preview, which is the default PDF viewer on the Mac. It causes all sorts of corruption with PDF files. You can download Adobe Reader® for FREE here: get.adobe.com/reader/

I’m interested in getting a commercial license to use you Stencils. Is that something you offer for an extra charge?

Sadly your printable / editable PDF file(s) won't work on any mobile device or App.

Why is my PDF file password-protected?

All ZEE WILL DRAW files are password-protected, It protects my designs and my copyright. The file(s) can only be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download it for FREE here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/ The password remains with ZEE WILL DRAW and never will be provided under any circumstance.
