How do I print my printable artwork files?

There are 3 main ways to print your artwork: • Print from your home or office • Email your files to a local print shop, like Staples, Costco or Kinkos • Upload your files online, like Shutterfly.com, Mpix.com or Snapfish.com

Can I get a printable file in another size?

Contact me with your dimensions & I'll let you know if it can be adjusted to your preferred print size. I do resizing for additional cost.

Do you do customizations?

Yes, I do customizations for additional cost.

What type of ink do you use to print pillow covers?

We use genuine Brother GT-3, water based pigment inks. GT-3 inks are CPSIA compliant and Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on youth/children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. Also, GT-3 inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

Instant downloads: due to the nature of digital items, I am unable to offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges. Digital items are not tangible items that can be sent back to me, so please make sure to read the listing details and my Shop Policies to make sure that what you're ordering is right for you.

Can I ask for a customization after I made an order?

Any changes/customizations on the files/prints, should be asked and discussed before purchase. After the order is made I don't customize the files.

I don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

FRAMES:
Our frames are wood and made in Los Angeles. Acrylic covers the print and the frames are black. The frames have a border of 1" making the final diameter of a Framed Poster 1" large all around (i.e. 24" x 36" = 26" x 38"). Frames are not matted.
The back of the frame has a mount ready for hanging.
