Please contact me with your requirements prior to ordering. Not all prints are available as digital files in different sizes. However, most designs can be ordered in different sizes as physical prints.

After purchasing a digital file you will instantly receive a link to download it, both via email and within your Etsy account.

If you have an Etsy account, you will see a 'View your files' link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order by clicking on the file download links.

You will also receive a download notification email from Etsy which will have a download link. Click on the link to download the files.

Please note that you can't download a digital file through the Etsy app. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.

Yes! To access your digital file(s), go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.

To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

The download notification email is sent instantly at the time your payment is processed.

If you cannot see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, add transaction (at) etsy.com to your address book or safe list.

You will also be able to access your files from within your Etsy account at any time - please see the previous question and reply.

Due to the nature of instant downloads being sent instantly at the time of purchase and therefore not being returnable, we do not give refunds.

For most personalized orders, the print files will be sent to the email address you have registered to your Etsy account 1-2 days after placing the order. You will receive a notification email and a message to your Etsy inbox informing you that the files have been sent.
The email link to the digital files will stay active for 7 days. Please download the files and save them before this time. Once files have been downloaded they cannot be resent.

Personalized orders cannot be cancelled and refunds cannot be given. Please be sure to read the item description carefully before purchasing so that you are clear about exactly what you will be receiving. Feel free to contact us before purchasing to clarify anything you are unsure of.

Instant downloads will be available your Etsy account (Please see a previous question with an explanation about this).
Custom order files will be sent to your email with a download link which will be active for 7 days, please download and save within this time. Files will be kept for a maximum of 28 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to download and save the files. After this time the files cannot be resent and a new order will have to be placed.
