May 14 This Poster has Just been re-published and is now available again. This poster was first published by the Pilates Guild® in 2016 and features Joseph Pilates demonstrating his original 34 mat exercises at age 60.

The poster is 2x3 feet. It depicts 34 exercises, and each exercise is shown in a sequence of four movements, for a total of 136 images.

The wording at the bottom of the poster says, "Photographs of Joseph H. Pilates at Sixty", "Return to Life through Contrology", and "Pilates Guild® 2016". It also includes digital signatures of Joesph Pilates and Sean Gallagher as well as a small the Pilates Source® Logo

If you need to return your item due to damage caused by us we are happy to exchange it for another of the same item. Please contact us first.

You will need to provide a picture of the damaged item as well as the tube or packaging showing the damage was not caused due to shipping. We will not refund or take returns due to shipping damage as that is beyond our control. This must to be done the day you received the item to return it.

For us to replace the item or issue credit for a non shipping damaged item you must first mail back the item at your own expense. Once received we will mail out your exchange at no cost to you, and refund you the return shipping cost as long as you provide us with a receipt from the shipping service.

Ordered from S. Korea. Poster arrived with safe packing. Thankfully, no damage found at the time of open. I recommend this poster to anyone loves pilates. Estimated arrival time is the only point makes you hesitate to purchase it. But it's worth to accept.
