Very bad experience with this company. I bought the cage plus the cable set to fix it on the ceiling. But after charching more for the cable set, it come without the plate/canopy. They refused to refound the cost of the cable set. Without the plate I can't fix it in the ceiling. Absolutely don't buy from this company.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. The ceiling rose (the "plate canopy" you refer to) is not routinely included with this product as most customers don't require one. We offered to send you a ceiling rose FOC or pay you to purchase one in Australia. You refused both offers and claimed the $10 we offered you for the cost of the ceiling rose "wasn't enough to buy a cup of coffee". We checked and $10 is enough to buy you a ceiling rose ($5) AND a coffee ($4) in Australia! (You claimed the cost of a ceiling rose was $25) Throughout all our dealings unfortunately, we got the impression that nothing would be good enough for you. We really do strive to give the best customer service and we are sorry you feel on this occasion your experience has been poor. Regards, James
