XS= 11cm or 4.33" (0-6 months)
S= 12cm or 4.72" (6-12 months)
M= 13cm or 5.12" (12-18 months)
L= 14cm or 5.51" ( 18-24 months)
XL= 15cm or 5.91" (2T- 3T)
