In order to keep processing times short we do not offer custom orders.

Generally orders take between 1-2 weeks to arrive within Australia and 4-10 weeks to arrive overseas, depending on your location. Please contact me if you are concerned about the status of your parcel.

Within Australia, items are not sent with tracking unless you purchase this at checkout.

International orders are sent via DHL and tracking is included. Check your shipping notification for the tracking number.

Most standard planners with 6 rings take either A5, B6 or personal size/medium paper - these are the three sizes of inserts I offer in my store.

Commonly used brands include Filofax, Kikki K, Kate Spade, Louis Vuitton, Carpe Diem, Webster's Pages, Color Crush, etc.

The best way to gauge if the inserts will fit your planner is to look at the paper that came inside your planner - if it is 95mm x 172mm (or pretty close to that) you need PERSONAL/MEDIUM size inserts. If it is 126mm x 177mm (or pretty close to that) you will need B6 INSERTS. If it is 148mm x 210mm (or pretty close to that) you need A5/LARGE inserts.

All of our inserts and dividers come punched with 6 holes as per standard. Some of our inserts are available unpunched, so please get in touch prior to purchase to check if this applies to the inserts you would like to buy.

Our order processing time is 2 weeks on Etsy, with postage times following on from this.
