Once you purchase the file and the payment has fully processed, you will receive an Instruction page with your download. Please read over it first.

HOW IT WORKS

1. INSTANTLY DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES
After payment, follow the link to your Etsy Download page (or find it on your Etsy Purchases page) and click on the Download Now button.

2. OPEN YOUR FILEs IN ADOBE READER
Files will ONLY work in the latest version of Adobe Reader! – download it for FREE at http://get.adobe.com/reader/

► MAC users need to open files directly from Adobe Reader and NOT Preview. If you have edited or even viewed the file outside of Adobe Reader, please delete the file and re-download it off of Etsy. Open Adobe Reader FIRST, then open the file.

3. PERSONALIZE YOUR FILES
With your file open in Adobe Reader, just type over our sample text. Save any changes you make. You CANNOT change graphics. All text is editable unless otherwise stated at the top of this listing.

4. CHOOSE YOUR PAPER
All designs are formatted to print on US Letter (8.5 x 11) size paper but also print well on A4 paper. We recommend printing on white card stock. and Select "scale to fit" during printing.

5. PRINT YOUR FILES
Print at home or take files to a print shop (ex: Staples, Office Depot, Kinkos, Fedex Copy Center). Make sure your print shop opens the files in LATEST version of Adobe Reader. Any other programs will ask for a security code.

You CANNOT print the files as photos at a photo lab (they are not JPEG or photo file types) or at online photo print shops. If you need to convert your file into a JPEG for printing purposes, please send us a convo request and we will convert it for you once you've already edited the text in that you would like.

*Unfortunately, at this time we DO NOT print invitations and only supply the digital files.

6. TRIM YOUR DESIGNS
Trim/cut out using scissors, craft knife, paper trimmer.

Yes, many invitations do have a glitter effect. It's not real glitter; It would be AMAZING if you could magically print real glitter, I'm anxiously awaiting that technology to come into existence!! haha BUT the glitter that I do use is always from high quality photos of real glitter. So when held at arms length, it can easily be mistaken for real glitter!! :) This faux glitter has been very trendy this year!!

I've also had a couple of friends on here say that they daubed a bit a glue on their invites to sprinkle a touch of real glitter just to add to the overall effect. But honestly, it's really not necessary. :)

Oh, and whether you print on photo paper OR card stock, the effect is very similar. You'll love it!

First of all, I just think you're awesome for being here!! Secondly, all orders that require customization on our end have a 2 business day turn around. BUT that being said; if you order on a Saturday, I'll still send your order on Monday. Make sense? :)

**FYI: We get a lot of tiny pics! If yours is very small, it will not print great. This usually happens when you crop them on your phone, or if someone else took them on their phone and then texted them to you. Or it could also be that you might have taken a screen shot.

If it's been cropped from a phone, just send me the original, and I'll crop it with my software. If someone else took it, ask them to email it rather than text because then they can select the largest file size available. And if it's a screen shot, get the original from whomever took it, or wherever you might have saved it.

The very first thing I recommend is just to MAKE SURE you are on a computer and that you are ONLY editing from inside the free version of Adobe Reader. **If you are editing and you are still in your internet browser, click out, open your Adobe Reader program and edit from there.

Then, be sure you watch this! I answer a lot of questions in there that may arise. Like for instance, what in the heck to do about the little black box with a plus sign! :) (which is a super easy fix by the way!) haha

The funny thing about Macs is they'll default to the Mac PDF software called Preview. But not to worry! You just need to open the file in Adobe Reader instead and tell it who's boss! BUT WAIT!! if you have already opened your file in Preview mode, you need to delete the file first; then re-download it from the link I sent you or just click on your profile image "YOU" in the top right corner, and click on "Reviews and Purchases" and your files are there to download again (so sorry, this is annoying I know!!) Now, to open it the right way with your Mac, launch Adobe Reader first and open the PDF file directly from Adobe Reader itself. Or, right click on the file name, select "Open With" and select "Adobe Reader."

If you are using a Mac, see the answer above and you'll be golden. If you're using anything other than a computer/laptop (ie: phone, tablet etc.) go to your computer and then you'll be able to edit/download and the file, like a boss!

If you're on your PC and still having this issue, the most likely cause is that you are editing from within your internet browser and not the Adobe Reader program. This will make you pull your hair out. Don't do this. Save your beautiful hair.

If you already started editing from your internet browser (and those things are tricky and automatically open up in your browser if you're not careful) DELETE the files right now. Then, download again, open Adobe Reader first THEN open your file from within adobe.

You should have received an email right after your order went through. It would have gone to the email you have registered with Etsy. If for any reason you can't find that message or it got swallowed up by your junk mail (haha) you can always find your files here by clicking on the "YOU" tab at the top right corner of your screen. Then click on "Purchases and Reviews" and you'll see your order there and ready to download. Easy peasy!

If you have a GREAT home printer (laser), print from home on white card stock. BUT most people don't have that and ink will cost you LOADS with sub-par quality. SO, I always like to use a local copy center for my party prints, and I have their direct email on hand so I can send it to them with my detailed instructions. (I dislike almost all online systems)

Then simply edit, save and email your files to them with instructions of what and how much to print. I might say the following;

“Hi Mr. Joe,

Could you pretty please print these on 110lbs bright white card stock, and I'd like the following quantities of each page printed:

page 1 & 2 -20 double sided copies: Trim. *(Trimming costs, but usually not much.)

Page 3 - 15 copies”

etc etc.

This is a great question. If you are printing at a copy center, just ask them to print the page you need. You can tell them the page number and what it looks like to make it ultra clear. They are very used to this and you will have no issue.

If you are printing from home, after you select print, under the "pages to print" section, you can select "current page" or input the page numbers you want to be printed under "Pages". And voila. :)
