In order to protect your jewelry over time, we recommend avoiding contact with liquids including perfumes, hair sprays, and other beauty products. Also, avoid wearing jewelry while sleeping, bathing, swimming, or during other sports activities. It is advised to store the jewelry in a dry place.

Each item will arrive in a pretty gift box, wrapped and ready for gift giving.

The main materials we use are 14k gold-filled, 14k rose gold-filled and sterling silver.
Also, we use brass plated with 100% 14k gold or rose gold. In addition, we use natural, genuine gemstones, Swarovski rhinestones, and cubic zirconia.

Gold-filled refers to a material made of two solid gold layers pressed together under heat with a base metal layer between them. The end product contains at least 5% solid gold. Our gold-filled jewelry are stamped with 14/20gf, which means they contain 1/20 of 14 karat gold with relation to the brass fill (5%).

WRONG ADDRESS:
We don't hold responsibility for an incorrect shipping address. Only if we receive the package back, you can opt between reshipping (plus shipping and handling fees) or refund (minus shipping and handling fees).

UNCLAIMED PACKAGE:
In the event of an unclaimed package, we can resend the package plus shipping and handling fees. In case you no longer need the item, you will be refunded minus shipping and handling fees.

Please note that overseas customers may be subject to local taxes such as VAT and import duties, as determined by their local government. Theses charges are not included in the shipping rate or item value.

In case a customer refuses to accept a package due to import taxes and have it sent back to us, a refund will be given upon arrival of the item minus shipping and handling fees.
