Custom and personalized orders

Most of the items in my store are made to order, the outlay in time and money to produce these 'made to order' goods and their customized nature means I do not accept returns unless the goods arrive damaged or faulty.

I only accept returns if they are damaged upon arrival and must be contacted within 14 days of you receiving the goods . Please also send me a photo of the damaged packaging when you receive it .
