Returns & exchanges are not accepted as each item is bespoke.
In the event of concerns with products received, please contact seller via messages & provide photos of the products. Concerns need to be raised on arrival, & max 24 hours after arrival.

In the event of damaged items, Buyers are required to return the item back within 14 days of delivery. Original packaging can be used to return the item to the seller. If this is not available, Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please obtain tracking number & proof of posting for the return. Seller is not responsible should the return not arrive back.

If the item is not returned in its original packaging & condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We are UK based but happy to ship our products worldwide. Should a customer be located outside the UK then it is BUYER responsibility to check with local customs requirements for import into home country, BEFORE purchasing.

We ship our products with required paperwork for EXPORT from the UK via the International Postal system, but local regulations may also apply. It is BUYER responsibility to check local requirements, import paperwork, customs fees & other paperwork or requirements. It is BUYER responsibility to comply with these local regulations & requirements. We cannot be held responsible should items be delayed due to non checking, non compliance, or non submission of required paperwork or fees, and thus deteriorate, due to this.

The products we sell are packed for transit in the postal services. As they are live plants, they need to be opened and placed in correct conditions on arrival to ensure optimum conditions. Should a customer wish to gift wrap on receipt, we would advise to do this as late as possible to gifting to ensure the plants are within the correct lighting, watering and care conditions for as long as possible
