⟁⟁What can I edit?⟁⟁
You can edit any and all of the content. This means that you can write anything you would like on your invites and RSVPs. The design is hand-painted. The background color is customizable as well. If you would like to change the colors of the design, please contact us for our custom painting prices.

⟁⟁How long does it take?⟁⟁
Short answer: Approximately 1-2 week from the date you purchased your invites.

Your first proofs will be emailed to you three business days from the date the order is placed. Edits take about 24-48 hours to process depending on how in depth they are. You will receive your invitation suite within approximately 1-2 weeks from the date you purchased your invites. The best way to ensure you receive your invitation suite in the time frame stated is to answer all the questions we have provided you and send multiple images of you, your fiance, and any pets. We work Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM PST.

⟁⟁Can I change the colors to match my wedding colors?⟁⟁
Yes! You can change the background color and text color at no additional charge. But the flower design is hand painted and you will need to contact us for customization prices. Painting a new wedding invitation suite starts at $150.

⟁⟁What is the difference between press ready and print at home files?⟁⟁
Press ready files are professional files that have bleed, crop marks, and printer information. These files are for sending to a professional printer, an online printer, or local print shop. Print at home files are optimized for printing at home. Request this type of file if you plan on printing your files at home on your printer. There is no additional cost for having your files press readied or print at home readied but please choose one option when placing your order.

⟁⟁If I do not see a wedding invitation suite that is exactly what I need, can you create a custom invite?⟁⟁
Yes! Just convo us via Etsy and we talk about your custom invite, give you a quote, and setup a custom Etsy listing for you

⟁⟁What paper do you recommend for printing?⟁⟁
For wedding invitations we recommend any heavy weight or stock paper. The brand Classic Crest is always a nice choice, but any heavy weight smooth or matte paper is great.

⟁⟁Can you recommend an online printer?⟁⟁
We have heard from others that weddingpaperdivas.com is a good place to start your search if you plan on having your wedding invitations professionally printed.

⟁⟁I would like a Save the Date, can you design that for me?⟁⟁
Yes! Please convo us for a quote (it will be less since you are not receiving the RSVP), and we can get you on your way to your perfect Save the Dates.

⟁⟁I would like menus, table numbers, thank you cards, banners, signs, and/or guest table cards, can you design that for me?⟁⟁
Yes! Please convo us for a quote (let us know how many you will need), and we can get you on your way to your perfect table numbers.

⟁⟁When I receive the digital files, in what format are they in?⟁⟁
The print at home and press ready files are PDF's. The print at home files are optimized for at home printing so you will receive a digital file with two invites on a 8.5x11 sheet and four RSVP's on an 8.5x11 sheet. For press ready files, you will receive files that are optimized for professional printing with bleed, crop marks, and printer information.

⟁⟁Can I use this design for my other projects or resell them?⟁⟁
No. These files are strictly for personal use only, not for resale, and all designs have copyright protection. Only use these files and the designs for their intended purpose. If you would like to put them on your website or use them for social media, please contact us to get permission to do so.
