Gift wrapping and packaging

Buying a gift? I'm happy to include a note in the package - please include note details at time of purchase. I'm terribly sorry I'm not able to offer gift wrap - items are shipped in secure plastic poly mailers to keep the shirt clean and dry, but gift wrap would arrive crumpled.

Tees are preshrunk cotton from factory, but I do find if you wash/dry on high heat you may loose a half inch in length on your initial wash. Sizing is pretty standard - mens tees are a relaxed cut, ladies tees are more fitted so please see size chart for details.

Custom and personalized orders

We'd love to work with you! Please message the details of your special idea and we can work it out! Bulk orders of the same design in quantities of four pieces of the same design or more are final sale. Custom designed and personalized name/year tees are final sale with no exchange or refund.

To ensure no delays in delivery - please be sure to review your mailing information within Etsy to be sure address is up to date and has all necessary info (apt, unit, suite, P.O. box etc) If an item is undeliverable I will contact you when it arrives back to arrange the new shipping information and payment.

Body length is measured from the highest point on the shoulder to the hem.
Chest is measured 1" down from the armpit across to the other arm pit.
Measurements are provided by the manufacturer.

Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days. If for some reason we can't get the item out within that time frame, we will contact you directly.

USA --- Shipping from Canada to the USA on average is 5 -14 days.
CANADA --- Shipping From Canada from GTA is standard postal times.
WORLD WIDE --- Shipping from Canada to international destinations on average will take 7 - 21 days.

Shipping time depends on how long the postal system in your country holds an item at customs for inspection. Please note that due to a lack of security within certain postal systems we will not ship to Brazil, Britain, Italy, Russia, UAE or the EU. We reserve the right to refund and cancel transactions if the shipping country is not advisable.

As items are printed to order they are not eligible for return or exchange, please consider size chart for best fit.

If I have made an error (doesn't happen often, but I'm human!) then I will replace it with a new one.
