Here's what the average lead times are:
• displays + signs: 3-6 business days + shipping 1-4 days USPS
• cards: 3-7 business days + shipping 2-5 days USPS
• macrame earrings: 2-4 business days + shipping 2-5 days USPS
• boxes: 3-7 business days + shipping 1-3 days USPS east coast or small boxes, all other box orders ship FedEx home 2-7 business days.

If I get your order out faster, woohoo!! but please make plans according to the lead times I posted above, be prepared for it to take the full amount of time.

Most orders I already ship USPS Priority (1-3 day). There is USPS Priority Express (1-2 days), but that can get steep ($45+), but you can certainly request it and I can quote it out for you.

The best way to maintain your displays is to hit it with some butcher block wax/oil every now and then. Mineral oil can work too. I like using something with beeswax because it adds a slightly protective layer to it while also giving it that nice shine.

To answer simply: your order had any custom engraving, it cannot be returned.
If it is a blank display, macrame components, it can be returned. Cards, boxes, signs, and custom designed displays cannot be returned.

Fruitwood stain costs more because only select pieces of wood can be used for the transparent stain, rather than walnut or ebony which cover any natural imperfections. Also, fruitwood stained wood needs to be masked on both sides before being lasercut and masking material prices have increased over 3x what it used to cost when I first made these listings.
