The best way to get a good fit, is to compare the actual garments measurements to something you already own that fits you well. The closest match in dimensions, will fit you better.
Measurements are taken laying flat and should be doubled where applicable. The "nicely fits" size is just an estimate, that is not universal and is a very rough guideline
Lay your garment down and measure like this: 
Bust: From the corner of one armpit to the corner of the other one. 
Waist: The smallest part of the bodice.
Hips: Approximately 8" below the waist, at the widest part of the item. 
Shoulder: From shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
Length: From tthe "top of shoulder to hem".

We ship everywhere! We use Servicio Postal Mexicano (SEPOMEX) and we always provide you a tracking number and a picture as a proof of delivery.
The delivery time depends on your location, please refer to our Shipping Policies to check them. If you are in a hurry, we can upgrade your shipping via FedEx and you'll get it between 2-4 days according to your county. Just send us a message to work it out!
We ship to the Etsy address that is given, please convo us if we should ship to another address.

Sometimes when you enter your tracking number the USPS system shows you wrong dates/addresses/info. This situation happens because your package hasn't entered the US yet! Therefore it hasn't been scanned by USPS and that's why they show info on a former package.
Don't worry, track it in a couple of days!

If you are gifting a purchased item and you'd like us to wrap it or maybe add a special note along with it, please let us know in "notes to seller".

Occasionally customs slow down the shipping because of hold ups, unfortunately we have no control over this.
Please note that any customs, duty fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid in part or fully by Alebrije Dreams.
Each country has their own rules regarding customs and I have no control over if and when fees are applied. These are not shipping charges and are not included in the cost of your purchase.

Please double-check the ship-to address on your orders, I'll always ship to the address you list in the 'ship to' section.
Packages that are returned based on incorrect or undeliverable address, will be buyer's responsibility and will not be refunded. The package will be shipped back out once buyer pays reshipment. Please notice that the shipping cost may be different from the one was paid when you ordered.
If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact me immediately. Addresses may not be changed once order has been shipped.
If you require explicit instructions for the delivery for the package, please add them in the "notes to the seller" section.

We accept returns with some exceptions: custom or personalized orders; intimate items and items on sale. It is very important that you contact me as soon as possible (max 3 days of delivery) to let me know what the problem is.
Refunds will NOT be made until I have received the returned item in the exact condition I send it to you.
The payment for the return shipping would be taken by buyer.
Refunds in case of damage: it is mandatory to present evidence (photos) of the package and the item.

International orders from Mexico are taking long delays. There are significantly less airplanes flying back and forth and it takes a lot longer for mail cargo to depart.
Packages sent to the US & Europe are taking about 6 weeks & even 2 months or more to be delivered, due to strict checks at the customs and limited transportation availability.
We’ve also found tracking may not update inmediatly, postal services are experiencing delays in scanning & processing on some shipments.
So please note that delays might occur with your order and they’re are entirely out of our control, we cannot do anything about delayed parcels, we kindly recommend you to wait patiently.
