Thank you for visiting my digital design shop. Please understand that you are purchasing a digital design ONLY. You are not purchasing any finished product using this design and no physical item(s) will be sent to you. I do not have knowledge of every cutting and graphics software on the market so please know how to use these files BEFORE you purchase. I am glad to help you with simple questions if I am able to do so. If you find a problem with the file itself that needs to be addressed by me, please send me a convo and I will look into the matter and fix it as needed. My files are distributed in a zipped file folder and will need to be unzipped by you in order to access the enclosed files. A zipped folder will NOT open in your cutting software. The files included in the zipped folder are: SVG, DXF, FCM, AI, EPS, JPG, and PNG. Files are available for instant download as soon as you complete the purchase in most cases. You can find your purchased files by clicking on the “you” at the top of the Etsy page and then on “purchases and reviews”. Simply locate your purchase and then click on the download button. Please make a note of where the file is being stored on your computer when downloading because I can’t help you with locating the files once downloaded

My files are provided to you in the following formats:
►SVG - scalable vector graphics can be enlarged with no distortion or pixelation and can be used with many cutting software platforms including Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio DE
►DXF - this format is for use in the basic Silhouette cutting software-the free version-and is scalable to size
►FCM - this format is especially for use in the Brother Scan N Cut Canvas Workspace software
►AI - Adobe Illustrator format for use with Adobe Illustrator and some cutting software platforms
►EPS - works with many higher end cutters as well as Illustrator and other design software
►JPG - printable image with a white background-image will blur when increased to sizes over approximately 6”x 6”
►PNG - a printable image with no background-can be used with a background of your choosing-image will blur when increased to sizes over approximately 6”x 6”

TERMS OF USE:

What can I use this digital design for?
• To create a physical product for personal use or to use as a gift.
• To create a physical product to be sold online (must have a SUBSTANTIAL watermark over any photos used online) or at a local craft show and must be a physical product that YOU have made yourself using vinyl, htv, etc. I do NOT allow for print on demand site use.
• Commercial small business use is defined as less than 500 end products produced.
• To create a digital embroidery file for YOUR USE ONLY, to be used on a physical product.

What am I NOT allowed to use this digital design for?
• You may NOT upload the design to any print on demand (POD) website for business use such as (but not limited to) Amazon Merch, Printful, and Zazzle.
• You may not sub-license the design.
• You may not share or upload the digital design in any way.
• You may not upload the digital design to any public cloud or drive such as (but not limited to) Google Drive or Dropbox. The digital design may be stored there if you are the ONLY person who has access to the file.
• You may not share the digital file, either for sale or free on Facebook or in any group, public, private, closed, or secret or through any method of social media.
• You may not sell the digital design or any portion of the design in any digital format as a new design or as part of any organized collection of designs.
• You may not TRACE the design and then sell it as your own.
• You may not export the design to any other digital format (such as embroidery formats), unless being used ONLY by you to complete an end product, without purchasing a license from me. If you would like to sell the design in an embroidery digital format, my commercial use embroidery license is $30 PER DESIGN and must be purchased in my Etsy shop BEFORE selling the design. Contact me with any questions about embroidery file usage.
• You may not post an image of the design either as an end product or as a digital photo unless the photo is HEAVILY watermarked through the design portion of the photo.

REFUNDS:

Because of the digital nature of my shop, I do not offer refunds once the design has been downloaded by you (Etsy lets me know that is has been downloaded and that is what I go by). If you have questions that need to be answered, please ask them BEFORE you purchase the file. Please understand this BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.

I DO allow for embroidery conversion for YOUR USE ONLY on an end product, either for sale, gifting, or personal use. YES! All of my files include both the SVG and the DXF version of the design. If you have a Cricut and use Design Space, you will need to use the SVG version which is a cuttable file and will not need to be traced. Some of my listings include 2 different SVG files, one labeled SVG and the other labeled Cricut SVG. If you are purchasing one of those, use the one labeled Cricut. For the ones with a single SVG, the file included has been optimized for flawless use with the design space software. If you are using the basic version of the silhouette studio software (the one that came with your machine), you will use the DXF version which is a cut file and will not need to be traced. If using the DE version, you can use the SVG file.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! I do not allow anyone to upload my designs to any other website for the purpose of having them print and ship end products. If you are creating t-shirts, mugs, etc. using your OWN equipment such as a heat press, sublimation printer, screen printing, etc., then feel free to use my designs on your end products but I do NOT allow you to share my files with any other third party site because that gives them full access to the designs that they have not purchased.

If you opt to have your payment taken from your checking account on Paypal, that is considered an e-check and it takes 3-5 days for the payment to clear. During that time, you will NOT have access to your files. Once payment has cleared your bank, your files will be downloadable. I have no control over this and will not send you the files early since this is a choice you made when ordering and there is a warning pop-up on Paypal when using this method of check-out. Paypal doesn't give me the option of cancelling the payment so that you can repurchase with a different method anymore, so that is not an option. If you need the files immediately I strongly suggest you use Etsy direct check out or use a credit card through Paypal.

IF you have unzipped/extracted the included file folder, you will see multiple files included. Since most people do not have a default software set up on their computer to open SVG files with, your computer will most likely assign your internet browser icon to the file by default. So, when you extract the files, you will probably see the internet explorer, google chrome, or firefox icon attached to the SVG file. This is NO WAY affects your ability to use the file in your software. If you look at the actual file itself, you will see that the file extension is .svg so the icon shown has no relevance on whether or not you can use it in your software.

I do offer coupons from time to time. If you look at my current shop announcement, there will be a listing of all the discounts available at any given time. Purchasing my multi-design collections is also a great way to save money that is available all the time. Each design in any multi-design collection is 50% off the regular individual price.

Since my items are all digital in nature, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on them once they are downloaded by you UNLESS there is a flaw with the design itself. If it is something I made a mistake on, I will correct the file and resend it to you if made aware of the problem. I do NOT offer refunds on designs because the file you purchased will not work with your cutter so please know which file format you need BEFORE purchasing. If you have purchased a design and then find that it is a duplicate of one you already purchased or if it was a mistake in purchasing, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE FILE! Contact me and IF the file has NOT been downloaded by you I will be glad to exchange the file for the correct file. Just send me a convo within 3 days.

I currently do not offer custom design work due to the time involved, however, if you have an idea for a design that you need AND it is a design that would be a good seller in my shop, I am ALWAYS open for suggestions. Send me a convo and let me know your idea and if I have time, I will work on the design for you. If not, I will put it on my "future design ideas" list to revisit when time permits.
