How do I request a change to my order that has already been placed?

If you have ALREADY placed an order and need to make a change, request a rush, or add information to the order, please drop us a message in the shop or at sunfla@artzone.bg within 24 hours of placing the order.

My Item arrived broken! What do I do?

Please contact us via Etsy or at sunfla@artzone.bg providing photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We would send a replacement as soon as possible without any additional shipping charges for you.

I received my order but I don’t like it! What do I do?

Production of CUSTOM items begins AFTER preview approval by the client. The preview shows detailed dimensions, photos of colors and other specifics are also confirmed in communication with the client. So, there shouldn’t be a reason for you not to like your order 😊 If the product was created according to the approved specifications, a replacement will not be sent. If we made a mistake during the production process, a suitable solution for both parties will be found.
