To clean your Nyloon band wipe off any excess dirt or buildup on the band with a damp cloth. Mix a very small amount of mild dish detergent with warm water. Gently scrub the band in a back and forth motion. Rinse the band with clean water. Towel dry as well as you can, and then hang up your band to air dry. My band still does not seem to be clean or holds a stench, what can I do? Much like our clothes, our watchbands collect bacteria and grime with regular use especially if you sweat more than the average person. If it still does not seem clean or smells after your hand wash, throw it into a sock and into the wash with your next load of non bleached laundry. Always air dry the band.
