The bag is very well crafted and fits a 16" computer with room for extra (note books etc.) The custom engraving came out perfect, and the seller was able to accommodate an alternative location. I was also pressed for time to receive this package, and the customer service was terrific and helpful. Package arrived early and perfectly.
