This fascinator is magnificent! I was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time for Preakness in Baltimore, but Rose continued to reassure me. I kept bugging her, but she was kind and honest and promised I would have it in time. AND I DID!!! Wonderful seller, excellent product….I will be purchasing more items in the future. Thank you Rose!
