Please contact us regarding any issue with cases you received. We double check each case before shipment but of course human error can still happen from time to time. Please keep in mind you are purchasing an item that is handcrafted in a small studio in the heart of the USA. This is not an item that's mass produced. If you encounter any problem, please Message us and we will do our best to make things right for you.

We understand online shopping is sometimes difficult. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with every purchase and that's why we gladly accept return or exchanges.
We will gladly refund or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery as long as its unused and in original package.
Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Credit will be issued once we received return item
Refunds and exchanges will not be honored on any used item.

Proofs are available upon request. Please note, when you request a proof, we will not make the case until we receive your approval so this may affect your ship by date. To ensure it does not cause any unnecessary delays, please make sure your Etsy account is linked to an email account you regularly check.

Due to its unique to you nature, all sales are final except in incidence of studio mistake so please ask any and all questions before finalizing your order.

If its the original cable that came with your phone, ABSOLUTELY! If its an aftermarket, there are incidences where they are not compatible with the thicker rubber of the glitter cases.

Each package shipped has a tracking number that is emailed to you as soon as your item is made and ready to be shipped.
All shipping time are estimates:
USA: USPS First Class Mail generally takes 2-7 days but we have seen it run upwards of 16 days
International: USPS First Class Package International Service ranges anywhere from 7-45 days.
Please understand, shipping delays CAN and WILL HAPPEN, whether its due to human error or mother nature so please be patient. Unfortunately we are at their mercy as much as you are and have absolutely no control over the delivery time.
Any package that has not arrived after 21 days (USA) 60 days (International), we will help you file the appropriate claims and refund or resend at buyer's request

Due to the nature of the case and its design, YES air bubbles will form over time. Added bonus is that it enables the glitter float around faster and better!

We cannot be held liable for others actions. If your package is marked as delivered by USPS and you did not receive it, you will need to check w/the delivering agent & are responsible for any and all actions thereafter. Nor will we be held liable if you entered in the wrong ship to address.

Please double check ALL INFORMATION before submitting your orders. In incidences where you make an error in your order and need to request an exchange, a reshipping fee will be applied.

Feel free to contact us via Convo if you'd rather use a different courier, eg. FedEx or UPS.

If your item is defective or was damaged in transit please send photo evidence of the packaging and damage product. We will gladly replace it.
