4.5 out of 5 starsThe bag itself was of good quality and looks exactly like it does in the picture. However, the bag was slightly smaller than expected which was slightly disapointing as it came off as being bigger in the product description. I also felt like the bag was overpriced too. Delivery was very poor as it came very late and did not meet the estimated time dates/period. I ordered the product at the beginning of November 2023 for a friend's birthday. It was due to be delivered in the middle of November. It did not come until the beginning of December which was a week after my friend's birthday. Communication with the seller wasn't great, but we did come to an agreement. It's a shame when good products have bad deliveries and miscommunications with people.
