We accept only paypal - it just makes things so much easier for the both of us. You can use your credit card thru paypal.

How will I get my File?

INSTANT DOWNLOAD PURCHASES Digital files on Etsy are too large to download them onto a phone. Files can only be downloaded from a desktop or laptop. You can download them from the link provided in the automated email from Etsy or you can log in and go to your purchase history and download them. You will see button beside every digital order that says DOWNLOAD. Click on that and it will take you to the file from that order. PERSONALIZED PURCHASES Digital files will be sent to your email address on file with Etsy according to our posted delivey timeline.

Can instant downloads be customized?

No. All instant downloads are just that, instant. They come exactly as shown in the listing, and are not editable. If you would like one of our instant download designs customized, please contact us prior to placing an order. Fees do apply to customized designs.

How do I send my Photo

Once you submit your order please immediately convo us with the following information: Order number First and last name and attach the image to be used We accept the following image formats: JPG, or PNG. Photo resolution must be at least 72dpi, higher resolution is recommended for the best print quality. A JPG at 300dpi is preferred for photos We are not responsible for low resolution quality photos submitted. We do not restore or repair old photo's. We will perform a test print on each order and if we find the photo not to be of the best quality we may ask for another photo to be submitted and you will be contacted immediately. Do not crop the photo before sending it to us, we will crop if necessary.

Custom Orders and Design Changes

Unless otherwise specified in the listing, there are no custom word or color changes. If you need a particular listing customized with color changes, or if you have a design in mind and would like for us to custom create for you please purchase our custom listing and include all details in the notes before completing check out.

Can you print for me?

No, we do not offer printing services.

Can you send me a proof before I purchase?

We do not offer proofs before purchase. The design process begins once you have placed your order.

All of our designs are copyrighted and printables will bear our copyright. Carousel Candy Shoppe maintains all copyright ownership over the designs, which includes custom designs that are made for you. We reserve the right to re-list all of our designs in our shop to re-sell. You are paying for the personal use only rights to print our designs.
