How would you describe your cutters?

We offer a high quality sturdy cutter with a thick handle, reinforced sides and a beveled cutting edge. Our cutters are made of a high quality filament that is FDA approved for food use.

Cutters are HAND WASH ONLY. They are not dishwasher safe and should not be soaked in hot water for any period of time. This could cause warping and will weaken the cutter over time. Care should be taken when storing your cutters to protect the cutting edge from being damaged from other cutters and/or other sharp objects.

Is your Cutter safe for use with food?

Yes, our cutters are made of a high quality filament that is FDA approved for food use.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges, since our cookie cutters are intended for used with food. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

Custom and personalized orders

Although most of my listings estimate 7 to 10 business days before shipping, I begin printing as soon as the order is finalized to get the cutters mailed out as soon as possible. If time is an issue please message me before placing the order so we can try to make arrangements to get your cutters to you sooner. We can also offer an upgrade to ship priority mail if needed.

These cutters are very well made and have great detail, although they were smaller than expected so I had to return them. Customer Service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this seller and maybe order larger cutters next time.
