Ordered invitation based on description of shipping time and design. Proof was approved right away. Item did not ship until 8 business days after proof had been approved (10 days total) despite shipping information stating it would ship in 1-3 business days, often sooner. Communication was lacking from seller and I felt as the customer I had to keep reaching out to get a response or follow through. Item that arrived was incorrect and did not match proof sent. Seller did give a full refund and send proof that I could print, but the whole idea of this order was that it would be sent to me ready to go. Frustrating process for birthday invitations.
