All items are gift wrapped as standard, in either tissue paper and an organza pouch, or a gift box, depending on the value of the item. Gift boxes are available for any item as an add on purchase within my shop.

In stock items will often be sent out in the same day's post if purchased before 12pm Mon-Fri. If you are looking for a last minute gift, feel free to add a note to the order to let me know you're in a hurry! Shipping upgrades to express delivery (UK only) are available at the checkout, you may choose from Monday - Friday or Saturday delivery.

If you are ordering an item that is less than £50 (approximately 60 USD) then please be advised that it will not be sent with tracking information unless the shipping upgrade (international tracked airmail) is selected at the checkout. By not automatically adding tracking information to lower priced designs I can offer competitively priced shipping to suit most budgets, but if you prefer the peace of mind of a tracking number it is available to add on to all items :)

Orders over £50 (60 USD approx) will be sent tracked automatically.

Please note that International Tracked airmail is not an expedited shipping service and your package may still be held up at customs.

Dragonfly Lane is not a VAT registered business therefore my prices are not inclusive of VAT.

Any orders that are personalised with lettering etc or are altered in any way or made to a custom, non-standard size are not eligible for a return or exchange.

If you have ordered items in the wrong size please contact me to arrange an exchange. Once the original order is returned I will resize or remake the item in the new size.

Please note there will be a shipping charge payable to cover the postage cost for the replacement items.
