You can also provide us German, British, American, Polish sizing and we will be converting it.

Every piece of jewelry is made in our store is made with precious metals and natural gemstones. In order to make your jewelry last a lifetime you need to follow some instructions:

a.jewelry should be protected from scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold

b.your jewelry needs regular cleaning- use a professional jewelry cleaning products

c.it should be stored in a jewelry box- all pieces of jewelry should be kept separately to protect them from being rubbed

d.never should you swim wearing your jewelry- chlorine may cause damage to all metals and erode gold jewelry

e.also avoid wearing your jewelry while activities like cleaning, gardening or sports.

There is a 1-year warranty on all jewelry items purchased from Arpelc. The warranty cover defects in craftsmanship or materials.

Should your item get damaged after the expiration of the warranty period, we can still repair the item as needed. Repair fees will vary, so please contact us for details.

All faults and damages caused by a Customer are not be covered by warranty.

General wear and tear or tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.

Your complete satisfaction is our major concern. We try to describe each item as accurately as possible but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items may not hold any signs of damage or wear.

We do not accept returns of custom made orders however if you have any problem with your jewelry please contact us.

Orders placed In our store are tax free. In some countries however the arrival of your package may be charged to you. Import duties, taxes or other charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We accept PayPall and credit/debit cards as the method of payment.
