For items that are damaged upon delivery, I will need to be notified the same day as delivery to you. If the item is damaged from something other than shipping (such as a pet or misuse of the item), I will not replace the item.

I am very sorry, but when USPS marks a package as delivered I am unable to help at this point. It is best to contact your local post office for them to assistance with locating your package.

The bow ties come with velcro backing that wraps around an existing collar. Collar flowers are the same with velcro backing to wrap around their collar.

If the customer supplies the wrong address at check out it is not our responsibility for a lost package. We ship to the on file address with Etsy. Unless messaged with an updated address there is nothing we will do for packages sent to an incorrect address.
