Please understand that fabric absorbs ink, so the black ink used is more faded, like a dark/light gray. This can not be altered. Please read thru ALL of the below. My processing time is 1-2 weeks for all orders. If you need your order quicker, there is a rush fee for pillows you may purchase. This is only to quicken your processing time and has nothing to do with shipping. Please choose a quicker shipping method other then first class if you are on a tight timeline - first class takes the longest!

-The font is Papyrus. NO substitutions. If you request another font, you will not get that font. You will get Papyrus.

-Cream cotton is the fabric option.
No other color or printed fabric will be used.
This is my tried and true option, and I do not offer any other options or variety of materials.

-Please type your message EXACTLY as it should appear. Please double check that it is correct. I copy and paste your message. If there is an error and it has to be re-made - than you will need to purchase this listing again. I specially treat the fabric and it is costly.

I do not provide circumference measurements. This is due to fabrics having different thicknesses, and I offer so many fabrics I do not provide this. I provide the standard length x width measurements. If you are NOT sure if this pillow will work for you, I advise you to order one in the size or sizes you may need, & then do a trial run prior to ordering many.

Please know your size AND READ EVERYTHING BELOW!!!!!!! I know it is a lot, but I cover everything you need to know.

— Pillows are made to the .25, .5, .75, or whole number increments. Please provide a size given those stipulations. If you are measuring in CM you are responsible for converting to inches.

-Pillows are stuffed full with a poly-fil stuffing. They are stuffed full, so that customers have enough stuffing, but also have the ability to remove some if needed. It is easier for you to remove, then to add to after purchase.

- If you wanted writing on your pillow you must choose the personalized pillow option. The last option on the fabric drop down.

-If you order the wrong size and need to exchange you will need to purchase ONE exchange option in your most expensive material.

- I make pillows to Length and Width measurements. The height is controlled by those two items along with the fabric you choose. I can not control the height. I will stuff your pillow full, and you can remove stuffing if needed.

NO PILLOWS OVER 6 INCHES ACCEPTED. If you want a larger pillow please message me. These need to be made differently, and require more materials, so it will be a different price point.

-If you have multiple/different sizes that need exchanged you will need to purchase one for each size.

- If you have multiple/different fabrics to exchange as long as they are the same size, only ONE exchange fee needs to be purchased IN THE MOST EXPENSIVE material.

-This pricing excludes any custom sizes needed to create outside my existing templates. 2x3, 3x3 and 3x4.
-Custom sizing is an additional fee.

-There is not really a character limit, but these are SMALL pillows. The more letters, the smaller the print.

-Please understand what you are buying and do not expect a paragraph on a 2x3 pillow.

PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND:
-The longer the message, the smaller the font. I have to have room on either side for the seam / end of the pillow.

-I did not offer guidance on sizing. This is a policy I have set due to past poor customer experiences. You are responsible for measurement.

- These are made by printing directly onto the fabric, using my laserjet home office printer. DO NOT expect print/fabric manufactured ink quality of dark black. It is more a LIGHT GREY.

-The ink is always updated, but please do not expect it to look as vibrant as a white sheet of paper. The fabric is cream and absorbs some of the ink. I can’t change the way fabric reacts to ink.

- NO COLOR INK or IMAGES will be accepted. Only black ink words from this point forward. Only one font option as stated.

Please specify whether the writing should be horizontal or vertical if this is for an existing box you bought.
