✿ PERSONALIZE YOUR FILES
With your file open in Adobe Acrobat Reader, simply type over the sample text. Save any changes you make. You CANNOT change graphics. All text is editable unless otherwise noted at the top of this listing.

✿ CHOOSE YOUR PAPER
All designs are formatted to print on US Letter (8.5” x 11”) size paper but will also print nicely on A4 paper. We recommend printing on heavy, matte finish white cardstock for the invitation & die-cut, lightweight white paper (glossy preferred) for envelope liner.

✿ PRINT YOUR FILES
Print at home or take files to a print shop (ex: Kinkos, Office Depot, Staples, FedEx Copy Center). Make sure your print shop opens the files in LATEST version of Adobe Acrobat Reader! Other programs will ask for a security code.

You CANNOT print the files as photos at a photo lab or at online photo print shops~ they are not JPEG or photo file ready. If you need to convert your file to a JPEG for printing purposes, please send us a convo request and we will convert it for you.

✿ TRIM YOUR DESIGNS
Trim and cut out using scissors, paper trimmer, crafting knife or hand held punch. Some designs will require assembly.

Couldn't get it to work on to my macbook pro. 3 stars for it looking adorable on the listing but can't say if the results would have been as cute as the samples on here.

We noticed you haven't tried reaching out to our staff for guidance, troubleshooting & support. Our team is know on & off Etsy for it's amazing support & will help you love your product. Please download your instruction sheet that came with your product, it is complete in tips to get you back on track! For your peace of mind, my art team works solely in Adobe Creative Cloud using the latest MacPros. All products are completely tested prior to listing. Lastly, please make sure your Mac isn't trying to edit our product in its default program “Preview". As per the listing description, our products work only in Adobe Acrobat Reader - no other program will work. Hope this helps! ~chele
