The fabric is totally different from the picture. Not as nice at it looks.

Bella Starr is very transparent with all of the products listed. The hat above shows the photo with the model as well as the new swatch of fabric that is replacing the old out of stock fabric. This is also listed in the spec description. Bella Starr strives to only use the highest quality of fabrics as well as trims. Its best to read the listing descriptions as well as look at all of the photos before making the final order. When in doubt I'm always happy to answer any questions. With this order the customer never contacted me with their concerns or to return the hat. They did initially contact me with a date they needed the hat that was much sooner than the original ship by date listed on the invoice. The free shipping was upgraded to Priority mail at no cost to the customer to accommodate their needs.
