Each stage of sandal manufacturing is carried out within our laboratory, so as to follow the product from the choice of raw materials, to each individual stage of manufacturing, concluding with the finishing, packaging and shipping to the customer.
The production of the sandal begins with the cutting of the leather for the sole, the insole and the heel and the cutting of the vegetable-tanned genuine leather for the upper.
The assembly of the components is carried out for each individual customer, taking into account the requested variations and modifications.
The coloring is done by hand, on the piece, and for this reason too, each sandal is a unique piece.
The finishing is done with waxes, creams and natural oils which give
a silky feel and an antique effect.
Each sandal has a guarantee certificate from the genuine vegetable-tanned leather consortium.
