Can I return my wreath?

All sales are final upon payment. While I want all my clients to be completely satisfied with their purchase and I stand behind my products, I can only accept returns for wreaths that are damaged during the shipping process or may have a defect due to their handmade nature. Should an item arrive damaged please contact Hannabea's with in 48 hours of receiving your wreath. I will require that photos be taken of the damage and the wreath is returned in its original packing. Once received I will replace your wreath with a wreath of equal value or I will create a new one for you.

How will my item be shipped

All items will be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS. All orders include tracking and insurance. Orders typically arrive 5-7 business days from shipping date. All of our wreaths are carefully packaged and wired in a sturdy shipping box to help insure the safe arrival of your amazing new wreath. If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii please contact me before you purchase as these areas have a higher shipping cost. If you would like your order expedited please contact me prior to ordering so I can give you a quote for Rush Delivery. Due to the size and nature of my handmade wreaths I do not offer combined shipping.

While most of our wreaths are made to be outside, we strongly suggest placing your wreath under a covered overhang or porch to prolong the life of it. Protecting it from direct sunlight, rain, wind and snow will insure that it is around for many seasons to come. Please keep in mind direct sunlight and moisture can cause fading of different ribbons and elements over time. Should one of my wreaths not be recommend for outside use I will note it in my product description. We strongly suggest storing your wreath in it's original shipping box to protect it.

Is the item listed the item I will receive?

All of our wreaths are handmade with love and care If your are buying a pre designed wreath you will receive the wreath pictured in the listing unless otherwise specified in the listing.

Custom Designed Items

Custom orders typically take 1-3 weeks production time depending on materials used. Payment in full is required before I start work on custom designed items. All sales are final on custom designed orders.

Why Is Shipping so expensive?

Unfortunately I am charged for the size of the box that the wreaths are shipped in not the weight. Shipping large boxes is very expensive and typically exceeds what I charge to ship an item. HannaBea's covers the additional cost on shipping, unless packages are shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
