Received just the vest. Was told that she tried to contact me via email. However, never tried to contact me on the Etsy site/app... offered to have me send it back and she would do it after waiting over 4 weeks for it- no way.

Order was placed on Nov 10th. I was given only 3 initials. I did not know how the initials were listed, font or thread color. I tried to contact buyer on 11/27 for details so I could complete her order thru ETSY and also sent a her a personal email which was returned undeliverable. This lead me to believe she had an incorrect email in Etsy also and was not going to receive my messages. Since it is the holiday season I decided to send the vest so she still had the gift which I wrote a note and told her it could be returned after Christmas and I would be happy to monogram. It was mailed on Dec 1st and delivered on Dec 7th. I have been very professional thru this transaction and feel like nothing I could do would make this buyer satisfied. Thanks to everyone who visits my shop and supports my business:) Merry Christmas!
